Our staff is composed of trained agents with experience
in technical sales or lead generation. Agents are continually
updated on new technologies. Educational sessions are held
monthly covering new phone and sales techniques. Agents
meet with their team captains weekly to review and critique
their own recorded calls. Agents are trained on each new
project by the Project Manager and Account Manager. Individual
agents meet with the Project Manager 2 to 3 times per week
to review ongoing projects.
Project leaders work with the assigned team and client
representative to:
1) Discuss campaign goals and objectives
2)Develop an understanding of the project, service, or event.
Introduce the company and company background
3)Create an understanding of the marketplace and verticals
Review scripts
4)Roll play with the team
